What do you get?
Our most classic service includes 2 hours of unlimited beverages for up to 50 guests. The drinks served include anything and everything you would get at a major coffee house such as Starbucks. We bring beautiful decor, menu, sign to highlight your event/message, as well as a place for your business cards / literature. Mostly organic products are used, however if you wish to ensure an entirely organic menu please ask for it.
Here is a list of some of the products we use on our carts:
- Local, organic espresso beans
- Milk (Cream, whole, low fat, soy, and almond)
- Monin syrups (vanilla bean, sugar free vanilla bean, hazelnut, almond, Irish cream, pistachio, rose, and seasonal Italian soda fruit flavors and specials)
- Torani caramel sauce
- Large variety of teas (chai, green, black, earl grey, jasmine, mint, lavender chamomile, lemon glazed loaf, passion fruit)
- Ghirardelli chocolates ( white chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate, and pure dark cocoa)
- Club soda and ice
- Lotus energy (Esther’s signature White Lotus & Rose Spritzer)
- Happy to accommodate special requests on any items!!
- Classic black and white cups, lids, napkins, and straws, which can be personalized or substituted for additional flare 🙂
Here’s what we need from you:
Regular 110 outlet (NON – GFCI …and if the outlet is more than 10 feet from desired placement of cart please let us know so we can bring an extension cord!)
The coffee cart needs to be able to roll into the desired location…if there’s any steps please let us know ahead of time so we can determine if the spot will work / how to make it work if possible 🙂
Cost:
- $625
- Additional hours of service are charged at $250 per hour.
- We can accommodate larger groups and events using additional carts and baristas!
- We grant discounts in some cases (e.g. public schools), and can accommodate smaller events, too.
- Longer events can be agreed upon before, and a discounted rate is possible.
